Presentation and Feedback






This is feedback on our film and it goes through how it was good and what made the story line good as well of all the difficulties we had through the film. this includes the pros and cons about the film which we received from the class. They spoke about what we did well as a group and what we needed to improve in the future i disagreed with one of my class mates comment his comment was that he said that the establishing shot more and setting i disagree with that statement because in our trailer we used many different settings for example the car park, a house and a quiet room. We also agreed with one statement as we could of added more establishing shots of the locations that we filmed in our trailer. our group also disagreed on the statement our music did not fit in our genre because i thought that it was very intense music which built tension between the characters and the scenes throughout the trailer. Another class mate from our class said that he liked the genre and the props used like the gun, rope and cars as they added more tension in scene this is also because theses props conform to the stereotypes of action/thriller films.

This is our location research we have we recorded a view from the top car park of Salisbury car park we captured all the building from the top of the car park that we filmed. We decided to film here because we thought that it would be a great scene for a kidnapping scene because it is a wide space and we can use that well. As it was a kidnapping scene we went in a car and had a chase scene and i think in  a car park it was a suitable place.

The dark night analysis  T he genre  indicates from the opening scene in the dark night that it is an action film, from the opening minutes the was already shooting involved from the joker who kills two people and from then you could already tell that it was an action film , his crew where holding weapons and guns and that medium shot of all 3 of them together in my opinion was a really powerful shot because it tells the audience that is jammed pack with all the things that you would expect from an action film. Secondly The music in the background was very upbeat which created tension between the characters and the audience can feel more involved as they didn't no what was going to happen next and you can hear the drum in the background increasing and so did the intensity to and it all ended in a dramatic ending when the joker killed everyone and took the money and drove of with the bus.  Thirdly Mise en scene was used in the opening few minutes with the characters m...
