John wick trailer analysis

Firstly from the beginning you can tell as an audience member that this film will be action packed with fighting and shooting. It goes right into the action after he was with his dog where their was a close up of him and his dad telling us a bit that he dosent have any family and he is alone and know one really takes note of him.

Secondly There is cross-cutting used in the film from him in his bed to when he went straight to fighting the guy who tried to attack him in his house. The mise en scene was closely aimed at the main character of the film he was wearing all black and he looked very dangerous he always had weapons on him whenever he went out.

Thirdly the sound in the background from the beginning is very upbeat and intense from the beginning and it goes straight into the action, off him driving into his car.

Lastly there was close ups off him at the funeral with his family and they were very sad and depressed. There was also long shots of him fighting the men who were trying to attack him whilst he was in his house it showed them going at each other with pure passion and they john wick had to do what he was asked to do.

This is our location research we have we recorded a view from the top car park of Salisbury car park we captured all the building from the top of the car park that we filmed. We decided to film here because we thought that it would be a great scene for a kidnapping scene because it is a wide space and we can use that well. As it was a kidnapping scene we went in a car and had a chase scene and i think in  a car park it was a suitable place.

The dark night analysis  T he genre  indicates from the opening scene in the dark night that it is an action film, from the opening minutes the was already shooting involved from the joker who kills two people and from then you could already tell that it was an action film , his crew where holding weapons and guns and that medium shot of all 3 of them together in my opinion was a really powerful shot because it tells the audience that is jammed pack with all the things that you would expect from an action film. Secondly The music in the background was very upbeat which created tension between the characters and the audience can feel more involved as they didn't no what was going to happen next and you can hear the drum in the background increasing and so did the intensity to and it all ended in a dramatic ending when the joker killed everyone and took the money and drove of with the bus.  Thirdly Mise en scene was used in the opening few minutes with the characters m...
