I robot trailer

I robot is a very famous film which is stared by one of the famous  people in the music industry will smith it is about robots turning into humans and taking over and doing everything a human asks them to do. And he was always suspicious that the robots where bad ans sometimes they where putting on they where valuable but they really wasn't but know one really believed him.

In I robot there is a lot of cross-cutting used right from the beginning from when the man who got killed by one to when they started attack people on the street.  It showed close ups of how the robots looked vulnerable but he knew they really weren't and there was one of him and his mum in their house an he was telling her about what happened but she didn't believe it and there was continuous cross cuts between the robot and will smith.

The sound was very fast once they went smash through the glass window and they fell down in the town hall and they stated chasing each other and the music went very intense and upbeat and thats when the audience knew something massive was about to happen.

In the interview in the room the robot kept saying he didn't kill anyone and it kept show snips of each character saying you killed him and that left the audience questioning what really happened? and was it true that he killed that man? When he was getting chase through the corridor there was a long shot of everything going on behind him crushing and falling down than their was a close up of the panic on his face that straight went to a close of of him and the scientist and he was emotionally scared of what he witnessed but she didn't believe him and she thought the robots where harmless.

This is our location research we have we recorded a view from the top car park of Salisbury car park we captured all the building from the top of the car park that we filmed. We decided to film here because we thought that it would be a great scene for a kidnapping scene because it is a wide space and we can use that well. As it was a kidnapping scene we went in a car and had a chase scene and i think in  a car park it was a suitable place.

The dark night analysis  T he genre  indicates from the opening scene in the dark night that it is an action film, from the opening minutes the was already shooting involved from the joker who kills two people and from then you could already tell that it was an action film , his crew where holding weapons and guns and that medium shot of all 3 of them together in my opinion was a really powerful shot because it tells the audience that is jammed pack with all the things that you would expect from an action film. Secondly The music in the background was very upbeat which created tension between the characters and the audience can feel more involved as they didn't no what was going to happen next and you can hear the drum in the background increasing and so did the intensity to and it all ended in a dramatic ending when the joker killed everyone and took the money and drove of with the bus.  Thirdly Mise en scene was used in the opening few minutes with the characters m...
